Tuesday October 20, 2015 tops and dresses homework

Hello ladies it was a long 2 weeks but you did very well, please stop overthinking the method, your first instinct is usually right, it's when you start second guessing yourself you run into trouble.

1. Your homework for this week is to complete the princess line pattern started in class using different measurements by tracing the pattern pieces for both the princess and mock princess dresses. 
   
2. In addition you are to create another princess line pattern front and back using your personal measurements.  PLEASE BRING THE MASTER PATTERN ONLY, we will trace the pattern pieces in class once I check the master pattern for accuracy and you will be introduced to the armhole circumference as well next class.
3. Please bring your sewing machine, sewing kit and fabric (broadcloth or something inexpensive) as well so you can all be fit in class by your instructor. 
   

If you can make it a bit earlier it would be great, Audrey will have a mock up ready with someone who can fit her at the beginning of class so you can see where you are headed, the screen comes on at 6:50, ideally I would like to get the fitting done before 7 so I can check homework and we can start cutting fabric.
