Hello lovely ladies what a great last class we had on Thursday! I am so very proud of each and everyone of you for getting through this very tough module of the raglan sleeve! There was a lot of work expected of you and you delivered in spades!
I especially got a charge out of Linda sitting there BORED because she had done all her work and got it graded halfway through the class! Kudos Linda on a job well done!
Meaghan created the most unique blazer with a contrasting collar complete with a border and contrasting cuffs, looked as good on the inside as the outside. She also finished all her work and did a great job! Kudos to you Meaghan!
Bose was almost done and created the most unique bomber jacket ever! It was professionally finished with contrasting band at the hemline and cuffs, nice choice on the colourful zipper! Kudos to you Bose!
Amy's coat is so different and fit so well, was graded in the almost finished stage but I could see that it was going to be a stand out! Teacher gapped some marking so we are going to skype some items. Kudos Amy!
Danielle T. is an amazing tailor and FAST! Her coat is a standout with a lot of work done there is still a bit to do can't wait to see the finished product! Kudos Danielle!
Denise even sewed without pinning! WOW this is a first for Denise proud of you kid! Denise's work always stands out in its perfection and always fits like a glove. Most of the work was done can't wait to see the rest! Kudos Denise!
Judith is one of a kind, was away on vacation with her husband celebrating their 50th yes 50th anniversary! CONGRATULATIONS TO JUDITH AND HUSBAND! Want to hear all (or at least most of) the stories when you return! Classes resume May 7, upon completion of that module you will have reached the halfway point of your journey through book 2 and that much closer to the Italian diploma. I feel like a proud mamma!!!!
